Returns Policy

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to return goods within 7 days of the delivery date. These goods willl be subject to a 5% re stocking charge if returned in perfect boxed and un used condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay transport for returning goods.

ACH Distribution Ltd reserve the right to refuse items returned other than warranty issues if the said products have been used or are unboxed.

Transport costs for items returned under warranty are the responsibility of the sender but return to customer transport costs are the responsibility of ACH Distribution Ltd.

These conditions do not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
